The Golden Wheel, (17 rooms) description: Charm & Boutique Hotel The Golden Wheel**** is situated on Nerudova street (named by famous Czech writer who lived on this street). Hotel is just few steps from Prague Castle on the cobbled road leading form Old Town Square across Charles Bridge to Prague Castle. In the neighbourhood is hill Petrin (the biggest public park in the centre of Prague). Original building was destroyed by fire in 1541. Only the bottoms and the well in Hotel The Golden Wheel**** are still from 14. century. In 17. century painter Dittmann rebuild this house. In 2003 was completely reconstructed to 4* hotel with 15 rooms and 2 suites with elevators. Very quiet location.

Hotel has 11 DBL rooms 4 Superior DBL room, 1 Junior Suite with private terrace and 1 Panorama Suite with panorama view. Some rooms has original wooden hand painted ceilings!!!

All cultural, historic and tourist landmarks are within walking distance. The Prague Castle is just a 5 minute walk up the hill. The centre is a 10 minute walk down hill, just across the Charles Bridge or you can take a tram for 10 minutes. It’s 4 stations to get to the Old Town Square and to the National Theatre and Wenceslas Square.
The tram station is located 300 m down hill, a 3 minute walk. 600 m away, 10 minutes down hill, you'll find a U-Bahn and the bus stop is 1000 m away.
