Santini Residence is settled in a pictorial house from 17th century in Nerudova Street, which used to be a part of the Royal Way. It lies on the left riverbank of Vltava in the neighbourhood of famous Charles bridge, Lesser Town square with its dominating feature, St. Nicholas church, green Petřín gardens, well-known Kampa Island - favourite place of Prague artists and many other unforgettable landmarks of Lesser Town.
