The 3-star hotel U Hvezdy offers nicely-furnished rooms in quiet surroundings near the Prague Castle area and only a few minutes from the airport.
The hotel is well connected by tram (cable car) to the main city attractions including Charles Bridge, Mala Strana, Wenceslas or Old Town Square, Prague Castle and the Petrin hill. The hotel has a renowned restaurant with traditional Czech and international cuisine, open for lunch and dinner. The restaurant offers enough space for up to 150 guests and it is also available for weddings, graduations and company parties.
Folklore evenings with music entertainment, Czech food and beer (light and dark Czech Budvar/Budweiser), wine and non-alcoholic drinks are regularly held in the restaurant hall. The stirring traditional folk music will provide for joyful evenings full of dancing and entertainment.
The restaurant is open from 11:00 to 21:00.
AREA INFORMATION
The hotel is located in a quiet part of the Prague Castle area, yet is not far from the airport. It has good links to the city centre and the Andel and Zlicin shopping centres.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
From the airport by public transport:
- Bus no. 179 to the Vypich stop
- Change to tram/cable car no. 22 or 25 and go to the Maly Brevnov stop on Belohorska Street.
From the train stations (Hlavni Nadrazi or Nadrazi Holesovice) by public transport:
- Metro line A to the Malostranska stop
- Change to tram line 22 and go to the Maly Brevnov stop on Belohorska Street.
